Terms of service

Who can trade
Selivont is for anyone 13 or older, one account per person, real details on file. Everyone confirms their email with a code, and everyone passes an ID check — a photo of a government ID and a selfie, handled by Stripe, who tell us yes or no and the date of birth on the document. We never see the document itself. That check is what opens buying, listing, trading and posting clips, at any age. Selling for cash, hosting a live table and taking payouts are 18+ on that ID, because Stripe will not pay a minor and the sale could never settle — so under 18 you list to trade instead. Direct messages and voice or video calls are 18+ on both sides. High-volume sellers are disclosed on their listings as federal law requires.

The escrow deal
Buyers are charged once, at the all-in price shown on the listing. Funds are held by our payment processor and release to the seller when the buyer confirms — or automatically 72 hours after delivery if no dispute is open.

Fees
The seller’s cut is set by league and shown before a listing goes live. Buyer protection and card processing are printed on the price tag. Once escrow releases, fees are final.

Selibux
Selibux is a play currency: earned on released trades and the daily spin, spent in The Case on cosmetics, never sold for cash, never redeemable for cash, never transferable. Balances have no monetary value and can be rebalanced or expired to keep The Case fair.

Conduct
No moving deals off-platform to dodge fees, no shill offers, no manipulating games, referrals or ratings. Listing a counterfeit is one strike: permanent ban.

Disputes between traders
Buyers have 72 hours from delivery to open a case. The first 24 hours are yours to settle it between you; after that a named moderator rules within 24 hours on the evidence — condition record first — and their ruling is final on the platform.

When we step in
We can freeze funds, pull listings, and suspend or ban accounts for fraud, safety or legal reasons. Frozen money follows the dispute and refund rules, not our mood.

The binding part
These terms run under Florida law. Disputes with Selivont itself go to binding individual arbitration in Florida — you can opt out in writing within 30 days of joining. Changes are announced 14 days before they take effect.
